As the president and founder of Alyssum Management Company, Allyson has built a reputation for providing comprehensive support—from full-scale administration to ethics compliance, financial services, and high-impact event coordination.
Allyson began her career as Assistant Director of Marketing at the Greater Waterbury Chamber of Commerce, where she managed a vibrant network of over 1,000 members and oversaw the planning and execution of numerous signature events. Her early experience laid the foundation for a career defined by innovation, relationship-building, and operational excellence.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Teikyo Post University and remains deeply committed to helping organizations thrive through thoughtful leadership and customized management strategies.
