Allyson J. Brunetti is a seasoned leader in the association management industry, with more than 25 years of proven expertise delivering strategic solutions for nonprofit organizations and professional associations.

As the president and founder of Alyssum Management Company, Allyson has built a reputation for providing comprehensive support—from full-scale administration to ethics compliance, financial services, and high-impact event coordination.

Allyson began her career as Assistant Director of Marketing at the Greater Waterbury Chamber of Commerce, where she managed a vibrant network of over 1,000 members and oversaw the planning and execution of numerous signature events. Her early experience laid the foundation for a career defined by innovation, relationship-building, and operational excellence.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Teikyo Post University and remains deeply committed to helping organizations thrive through thoughtful leadership and customized management strategies.
